What data and why

Your name, e-mail address and, optionally, phone number, company name and the event details you enter in the form. We process them to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if we work together, for the period required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months.

Who receives the data

The form is handled by Netlify, Inc. (site hosting) and e-mail by the mailbox provider. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).

External content

Event photos and descriptions are loaded from the Sanity content system (Sanity AS). YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode without cookies, Vimeo videos with "do not track".
